This is my first studio release. Recorded throughout the summer and fall of 07' at Superpop Records in Austin. Seth Gibbs and Peter Stafford run the converted North Campus studio like a ship. I couldn't have asked for a more chilled out and helpful environment in recording seriously for the first time.
Most of the songs had been written years prior and only recently published under my own company, Roams With Wolves. Cannon Fodder, The Miser, Just Sittin' There..., Sadness Soldier's Lawyer, and Strollin all came out of my Malibu days. The Letter was written in 2004, which would've made me 17. Kill To Cull was written in 2005 while living in Austin. The Good Times, Don't You See?, and University were all written in Austin during and around the time I was recording. I've set up a site for anyone to listen to the whole album here.
The Daily Texan (UT's student paper) gave the album 4/5 stars. Currently, its got a 5 star iTunes rating, too.
